Job Description
- Preparing the cost of recipes and menus prepared by the executive chef and proposing the selling price
- Checking all of the material that we purchased to ensure compliance with the conditions.
- Perform a test on the receipt of goods to ensure that the procedures are followed correctly
- Preparing a monthly report on food costs.
- Calculating the costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of control and pricing aspects.
- Additionally, he is responsible for recording information and preparing monitoring reports periodically to help maintain an appropriate stock of food and beverages.
- Changing the price of list items based on the cost's information you collect.
- Calculation of leftovers and employee requests
