Job Description
- We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
- UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components.
- Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphics user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related subject.
- YOU MUST have AT LEAST 3 years of experience with software application UI/UX DESIGN. We DON'T ACCEPT graphic designers who haven't experience with UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of web-based application design, responsive design, and mobile apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
