مؤسسة غبور للتنمية هي مؤسسة أهلية غير هادفة للربح ومشهرة برقم 6285 لعام 2017م تهدف الى المساهمة الفعالة في تطوير التعليم المهني بجمهورية مصر العربية عن طريق التعاون مع جهات دولية متخصصة في مجال التعليم والتدريب الفني. وبالتالي تعمل على تضييق الفجوة بين خريجي التعليم الفني والمهارات المطلوبة في سوق العمل وكذلك التعاون مع الجهات الحكومية متمثلة في مصلحة الكفاية الإنتاجية تحت مظلة وزارة التجارة و الصناعة.
- Communicating with an alumni community of trainees
- Operating an alumni magazine/newsletter
- Providing content and carrying out editorial duties for the alumni publication
- Organising reunions for alumni members
- Arranging networking events
- Promoting the alumni community to current trainees
- Strategic planning for the direction of the alumni office
- Implementing the budget for the office
- Arranging for discounts, benefits and services for alumni members
- Communicating with various businesses to arrange benefits packages for alumni members
- Attending national & international events for alumni communities
- Regularly communicating with all service centers, to follow up on trainees’ attitudes and general performance
- Constantly looking for and providing job vacancies via HR channels within the automotive sector
- Linking trainees/alumni with potential incubators, and/or partnering with entrepreneurs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is required
- Experience of high school academic advisory is beneficial
- Experience of dealing with teenagers is essential
- An ability to communicate with people clearly
- Understanding of and passion for vocational education and training
