Job Description
- Responsible for the operation of the transportation department.
- Supervising the Transportation Department team.
- Setting up bus routes.
- Following up on the Bus Maintenance process.
- Handles related complaints.
- Ensures that all Buses arrives/leaves the organization according to plan.
- Ensures safety measures.
- Monitor Transport cost.
- Develop and communicate transportation policies and procedures.
- Monitor operations to ensure that staff complies with administrative policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Develop performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of transportation operations.
- Obtain vehicle and equipment replacement costs and prepares specifications for purchase of new vehicles and equipment
- Prepare and control unit budget, direct recording of expenses, and analyze purchase and repair costs to control expenditures
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience in factories' transportation facilities
- Previous experience working as fleet operations specialist is a must.
- V. good leading management
- V. good analytical skills
- V. good English
- V. good with Microsoft office
- Can work under pressure
- Maadi or near areas are preferable
