Job Description

  • Implement approved sales plans and achieve the monthly target for sales.
  • Receives incoming calls through the call center and landlines, or following up with indirect selling companies and receiving visits inside the branch and in the other branches of the company daily in preparation for selling residential and commercial units for the various projects of the company.
  • Listening to customer requirements and appropriate submission to complete the sale process.
  • Following up on previous and new clients by phone and by e-mail and by all means of communication to inform them of the company's offers and to inform them of new projects.
  • Negotiate the terms of the sale agreement and close the deal in line with the terms of the company and the contract
  • Study the market well and follow up on competitors and projects to be able to negotiate with clients
  • Negotiate with clients and overcome any objections regarding delivery, prices and specifications.
  • Prepares reports on reservations and contracts when needed to know the units that have been booked and the units sold, to ensure that they are not confused during the conduct of sales operations and to maintain the highest percentage of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on CRM periodically and continuously.
  • Visiting the site with any customer in the event that the customer requests immediately
