Job Description
- Determine desired images and picture composition, selecting and adjusting subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired effects.
- Manipulate and enhance scanned or digital images to create desired effects, using computers and specialized software.
- Transfer photographs to computers for editing, archiving, and electronic transmission.
- Determine project goals, locations, and equipment needs by studying assignments and consulting with tour guide/leader or company.
- Review sets of photographs to select the best work.
- Perform general office duties, such as scheduling appointments, keeping books, and ordering supplies.
- Test equipment prior to use to ensure that it is in good working order.
- Take pictures of customers (individuals, families, and small groups) on location.
- Perform maintenance tasks necessary to keep equipment working properly.
- Enhance, retouch, and resize photographs and using airbrushing and other techniques.
- Engage in research to develop new photographic procedures and materials.
- Manage company’s social media accounts, uploading posts, writing photograph captions, tagging customers, tagging his personal account.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience/ 1 year as a traveller photographer.
- Very good command of English, B2 level is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Knowledge of photography techniques.
- Proficiency with photo editing software and camera equipment.
- Ability to stand or crouch for hours during photoshoots.
- Communication skills.
- Good management and visualizing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Egypt or abroad whenever it’s required.
- Willingness to operate well under pressure.
- Car owning is a plus
