Job Description

  • Identifying, contacting and meeting potential and existing clients, with the purpose of understanding their needs and growing the business.
  • Recording opportunities on ERP system as per SLA
  • Professionally and consistently price solutions as per the pricing strategy and discount schemes/profitability margins & percentages.
  • Co-design and execute/abide by the sales activities plan with sales manager.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts/ LOAs with prospects and clients in accordance with the guidelines set by the company.
  • Managing and maintaining customer relations with the purpose of developing the business.
  • Act as the main liaison with clients and relay all client requests/needs to the relevant internal function (e.g. customized proposals, technical solutions, program reports needed, ) within the agreed upon SLAs. 
  • Ensures reports for clients are issued upon request, and assisting in preparing sales related reports for management.
  • Clearly and professionally documenting “understanding of the assignment” to be the main guideline of writing business proposals (generic and customized) 
  • Proofread/reviews proposal to ensure offered solutions are accurately compliant with technical requirements of the proposed request (through client’s RFP, SOW, LOA… etc.) 
  • Documents and sends all needed information about client and program to concerned parties, and ensures Program Information Sheet is sent to all concerned parties in accordance with SLA.
  • Supports in handling any issues that come up with clients.

Job Requirements

Work Experience

  • 2-3 years in Sales (within the Learning & Development industry is a plus)

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fair knowledge in Project Management
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality control
  • Dynamic with a passion towards people development
  • Sharp business acumen is a plus
  • Fluent English speaker preferably living near Heliopolis
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software  is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
