- We’re on the lookout for a new creative Senior Designer to join our design team at Tribe X.
Your Mission
- You’ll be joining a team of multi-disciplinary creatives - all obsessed with great storytelling, big brand thinking and a digital first approach, working on a wide range of projects and conceptualising, creating, designing, and visualising designs from social platforms to TVCs, and everything in between.
The Role
- We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Creative Senior Graphic Designer preferably with agency experience to join our fast-paced, client-focused agency as part of our design team.
- Creative designs are the heartbeat of the agency. We are responsible for ensuring every design that leaves Tribe X is fit for purpose – whether it’s part of an outdoor, digital or a social media campaign.
- You'll be able to produce creative solutions from internal briefs and self-initiated ideas and proactively contribute to them.

Requirements
- Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ agency experience, a portfolio full of beautifully crafted digital design, motion, and a variety of thumb-stopping social content, showcasing your design process and conceptual thinking.
What we need from you
- Senior Designer with 5+ years agency experience (yes, yes we’ve said that already!)
- Capable of big brand thinking and creating eye stopping creative campaigns
- Background in digital design, brand design and motion graphics
- Experience working across social media channels Strong graphic design ability - image making, type and layout
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC - mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Ability to confidently manage multiple projects
- Ability to manage workload and to direct junior members of the team
- Confident communicator
- Creative thinker
- Collaborative problem solver
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and formats
- Up-to-date on design and social trends
