Job Description
- Welcoming visitors or clients, directing and assisting them, and ensuring that hospitality is provided to them.
- Responding to inquiries by phone or via e-mail, or transferring them to the specialist as needed.
- Creating a database for documents, correspondence and parcels to keep them, to track them and ensure their progress,
- Distributing imports of correspondence.
- Organizing and attending the meeting, living rooms, preparing a report of the results of the meeting and sending it to the concerned parties.
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Must be a graduate from a reputable university
- Excellent communication skills, and management
- Excellent usage of MS Office
- Excellent command of English language
- Preferably resident at the 10Th of Ramadan or the nearby areas
