Job Description
- Implementation of food safety procedures in production facilities.
- Follow up the production processes in the production facilities and cleanliness and verify their compliance with the standards of quality and food safety
- Inspect the raw materials, ensure the quality of the materials used in manufacturing, and inspect the finished product and verify its compliance with quality standards.
- Follow up and implement forms and instructions for food safety, reporting, and documenting on quality standards in products or services.
- Follow up on the complaints and make sure all of them are closed with corrective action.
- Inspection of refrigerators, freezers, and raw materials warehouse to ensure conformity of storage condition
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science, Agriculture, veterinary (Food science is Preferable )
- 1 to 5 years of experience preferred in the FMCG industry.
- ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP
- Awareness of basic food safety
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel and PowerPoint )
