Job Description
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Build predictive models to support sales, marketing, inventory optimization.
- Perform deep-dives to find the root causes behind variances of key parameters over a given time-period.
- Analyze and interpret trends.
- Perform the needed analysis for our business including customer, financial, business performance
- Build templates and tools to improve efficiency and efficacy of analysis and optimizations.
- Handle data management skills such as analysis, data quality, maintenance, and master data cleanup.
- Periodically analyze data metrics to stakeholders from single and/or multiple systems
- Understanding of technical report writing tools and extract information for analysis.
- Contribute to the execution and delivery of a consolidated analytics platform.
- Building dashboards and visualizations tools preferred.
- Analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
- Facilitate decision making process for top management through data provided on regular basis and upon request
- Translate business problems from different departments into quantitative models and get them solved using the appropriate solution methods.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience working in an analytical role
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with business intelligence and visualization tools creating management dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and a passion to work with large sets of data
- You have good knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Business Objects, DAX, Python (preferably).
- Passionate about learning new technologies and working on a product of massive scale and impact
- Expert at writing SQL queries against large amounts of data
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Must be process orientated and a logical thinker with good attention to detail
