Job Description
- Job scope includes FF& FA, plumbing, water supply & drainage system. design, design drafting, site supervision, shop drawing approval, project follow-up, pricing, specifying, quantity surveying, tendering, reporting and materials approvals.
- Ensure that contractor understands the contract documents including drawings / specs, phase plans, MEP systems interrelationships, workflow & schedule. And address problems that might develop, between consultant /contractor/subcontractors.
- Follow up site installation of MEP, Pluming & Fire Alarm / Fighting works.
- Coordinate & manage MEP related materials, systems & shop drawings submittals.
- Ensure MEP Subcontractors adhere with relevant Quality records /regulations including safety.
- Monitor & report MEP work progress.
- Test & assist commissioning of MEP equipment.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4-12 years of experience in MEP disciplines including FA & FF, plumbing, water supply & drainage system. Prior consultancy experience is a plus.
- Excellent user of AutoCAD, Excel, and design software. MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
- Good to Very good English.
