Job Description
- Check & record the line parameters.
- Ensure 100% compliance of GMP on the line
- Report any case of analysis deviation to production operator, supervisor to take corrective action on the line
- Fill Disposition report for any material that is rejected on the line due to its quality deviation.
- Validate Cleaning and Sanitation of the line :
- In between the shift
- End of the shift
- Cleaning and maintenance weekly
- Fill change of SKU form for any change in flavor.
- Weekly GMP audit of areas designated him/her.
- Actively participate in projects related to line, 5S implementation and waste reduction.
- Raising Anti-GMP forms for people violating the SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practice
- Responsible for the care, safekeeping, orderliness and replenishment of operational record being handled.
- Readily able to work for any intra department role whenever required
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiologist or B.Sc Science and Technology or Industrial Technology, Industrial Chemistry.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a Food Industry.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft office applications.
- Able to communicate in English (basic knowledge).
