Job Description
- Create WDD projects on CRM in terms of drawings, types of units, pricing and all information received from the development department.
- Manage pricing process of newly received projects units or cancelled ones.
- Inspect project penetration, manage project PNL and apply price change strategy if needed.
- Project inventory management and follow up according to sales needs and project absorption.
- Perform required sales analysis that assist in taking the adequate decision and draw up future plans.
- Manage project inventory on CRM in terms of blocking and releasing units.
- Create any kind of payment terms either monthly or for promotions and special offers and record on CRM.
- Create, assign, upload WDD leads and generate all lead reports.
- Update all sales status and sales types on CRM.
- Create, assign and/or reassign leads to sales team.
- Calculate the sales commission for the sales team according to company policy
- Update and implement all company offers, discounts and new selling initiatives on the system.
- Support WDD indirect sales team by creating brokerage companies, validate CILs, link sales to the involved broker, submit the project availability to brokers.
- Keep WDD Sales Team Structure accurate and up to date.
- Control and monitor WDD events and launches and analyze them till they end.
- Develop CRM system to cope with business needs in coordination with CRM support team.
- Archive and control all sales agreements and documents.
- Monitor, analyze and prepare presentations of sales reports to support the management future plans
- Act as the point of contact and source for any information and any documentation related to projects, units specifications pricing and payment terms to any department.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
