Job Description
- Monitor the execution of the maintenance plan and prepare the required spare parts in order to reduce as much as breakdowns and keep the plant equipment in high-quality levels and good condition.
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Day mechanical maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures
- Observe the Day maintenance and belt conveyors, in order to save Plant and on service equipment ready and running in good condition.
- Execute the planned preventive maintenance as planned with the best quality in order to eliminate/ decrease downtime.
- Issue a clear report at the end of the day illustrating in detail work done and what to follow up by maintenance shift in order to keep the workflow as smooth as possible.
- Execute shutdown activities with high quality in order to enhance the condition of plants and improve equipment reliability.
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in mechanical maintenance including at least 3 years in FMCG experience
