Job Description
- Review and check design of Mechanical and HVAC works submitted from design consultant and provide technical input and feedback.
- Participate in all value engineering suggestions approach activities in design and execution.
- Supervise mechanical and HVAC works activities for the residential project for both networks infrastructure and buildings.
- Inspect material related to mechanical and HVAC works delivered to site.
- Respond to all IR’s, MIR’s and technical submittals submitted by the Contractor.
- Revise and approval of shop drawings submitted by the Contractor.
- Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions.
- Discuss changes in design and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections
- Confer with technicians and submit reports of test results to engineering department and recommend design or material changes.
- Test products for functionality or quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
- 5-10 Years of relevant work experience must be with both a Consultant & construction works
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Mechanical and HVAC codes and specifications
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of local regulations concerning infrastructure networks requirements.
- Strong command in written and spoken English
- Hands on experience with AUTOCAD and MS Office specially Excel
