Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Answering or referring inquiries, delivering messages, faxes and letters.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc. to maintain a professional image and work environment.
- Coordinate and supply the overall logistics of the office (the office supplies, various departments’ needs... etc.)
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistant to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Conduct reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and cashing checks
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Receiving the new tender documents, making copies and preparing the technical file for the operations
- Follow the company's WhatsApp 15. Making letters and authorizations directed to company
- Answer and follow up on all calls
- Following up the supply group and needed supplies requests and sending them
- Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and printing equipment in the company
- Annual duties, including preparing and distributing annual gifts and price offers
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with construction company is a must
- Flexibility

- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
