Job Description

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
  • Answering or referring inquiries, delivering messages, faxes and letters.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc. to maintain a professional image and work environment.
  • Coordinate and supply the overall logistics of the office (the office supplies, various departments’ needs... etc.)
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistant to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Conduct reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports and cashing checks
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Receiving the new tender documents, making copies and preparing the technical file for the operations
  • Follow the company's WhatsApp 15. Making letters and authorizations directed to company
  • Answer and follow up on all calls
  • Following up the supply group and needed supplies requests and sending them
  • Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and printing equipment in the company
  • Annual duties, including preparing and distributing annual gifts and price offers
  • Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 Years of experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with construction company is a must
  • Flexibility
  • Work under pressure
  • Communications Skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Problem Solving Skills.
