Job Description
Job Purpose: Responsible for the attraction and hiring of talents at Aqarmap while maintaining a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop the annual Hiring Plan and manage its implementation.
- Expand and utilize different candidates’ sourcing channels for the various positions
- Conduct Competency Based Interviews and ensure culture fit and initial job fit. Provide hiring managers with shortlists of potential candidates.
- Extend Job Offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure Recruitment and Selection cycle is well adhered to as per the internal Policy.
- Ensure new hires proper onboarding.
- Maintain Recruitment Unit reporting and KPIs achievement
- Implement employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role managing heavy recruitment operations
- A certificate in human resources management is a plus
- Deep awareness of candidates various sourcing channels and professional social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Competency based Interviewing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Sound verbal & Written English communication and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
