Job Description
- Create awareness and develop all subsidiaries
- Help with PR & communication plans, digital and social media
- Manage and maintain Roaia subsidiaries’ websites and social media platforms
- Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Evaluate and review PR activities, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used effectively
- Prepare weekly and quarterly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity for GAP and SWOT analyses for Roaia Group and its’ subsidiaries
- Oversee and manage the PR, communications, digital and social media assigned budgets for each subsidiary
- Work with PR & communications team to ensure a match with the corporate brand align with the marketing strategy and PR annual plan
- Build and maintain relationships with key journalists
- Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices
- Content management for social media, digital activities, websites, and PR
- Work closely with external agencies to design digital, websites, and social media content.
- Provide all needed insights and updates to be used in the internal communication collaterals (newsletter, announcements……)

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Masters is a plus
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities and ability to multitask
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent written and oral English skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PR, communications, digital marketing, website management, and measurement.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Flexible, adaptive, collaborative personality with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
