Job Description
- Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Supervises and monitors the activities of the Area sales to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales.
- Suggests ways and means to improve sales performance of the area sales team that will best serve the business.
- Participate in the annual sales planning with the sales manager to discuss the new ways to increase sales.
- Understanding and determining the needs of patients.
- Perform sales and marketing activities to exceed sell-through forecast while maintaining positive Patients relations.
- Maximize sell-through for the patients and Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to sell.
- Develop and maintain strong value-add relationships with store management and personnel.
- Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications and competitors).
- Analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
Job Requirements
- 4-7 Years of experience in sales.
- Medical educational background (pharmaceutical background is preferred).
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Different and strong techniques of sales.
