Job Description
- Competent and professional to grasp customer attention and behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advertising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marketing, and messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholder
Job Requirements
- BSc degree
- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist
- Real estate experience is preferred (not mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, or other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
