- Design the HR Solution architecture.
- Align HR Solution architecture with Market trends
- Provide recent market trend and solutions
- Manage implementation of solution.
- Mange HR Team activities and operation
- Ensure that, Solutions are implemented as designed and as per business expectation.
Job Requirements
- Computer Engineering or computer science or equivalent
- Implement performance module on (sap success factors)
- Business Process Re engineering
- Strong communication، facilitation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Ability to effectively engage senior IT and business leaders
- Demonstrated track record of providing strategic leadership and bringing innovative (technology) solutions to meet complex business challenges
- Able to influence IT and business stakeholders to balance competing interests for optimal outcomes
