Senior Site Steel Structure Installation Engineer

Main Duties:

• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing & installation methods, procedures, and activities.
• Responsible for the implementation of the production plan, and planning job implementation plans.
• Supervising, Coordinating and directing a set of different teams (Workers) for getting the job done in a timely manner while ensuring good quality finishing of the works.
• Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
• Responsible for production activities in the plant in accordance with codes of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Controls production process and production facilities.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaing smooth steel production & installation lines.
• Responsible for achieving the requested production and installation plans.
• Responsible for delivering the product safe and with the specified quality.
• Analysis of the performance of production lines.
