Job Description
- Assist sales team in qualifying prospects.
- Provide product knowledge support to the sales team.
- Help customers draw up requirements and select the correct products and services.
- Assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.
- Participating in client calls and meetings with Sales Specialists and Account Executives.
- Assist Sales Specialists and Account Executives with presenting solutions to clients.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in software development/ implementation field.
- Experience in the banking sector is preferable.
- Good knowledge of the latest software technologies and ability to learn new ones.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Suite.
