Job Description

We are searching for a highly-creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in Food and Beverage marketing field, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Develop new marketing plans and objectives to abide by the communication strategy, sales plans, targets and overall company’s objectives and business model.
  • Manage Blend’s social media platforms entirely including emerging platforms
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Plan, manage and execute all the company’s participation in exhibitions and events that include booth design, implementation, installation, and dismantle.
  • Create and analyze all required reports and report to the CEO with results and recommendations
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing, or communications.
  • Experience in food and beverage field.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of branding, marketing (especially online/e-commerce), SEO, and CTA marketing content development.
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong command of written English and Arabic.
  • Have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
