Job Description
- Design / implement the overall recruitment process through sourcing / attracting / recruiting candidates by using various sources such as the recruitment database, social media networks / channels and employee referrals.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job Board / Recruitment Websites / Newspapers / Online Employment Forums / Social Media Channels etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter / screen candidates resume and job applications for open positions within schedule in order to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge / skills / soft skills / experience and aptitude.
- Monitor / apply HR recruiting best practices in addition to collaborate with managers to compile a consistent list of recruitment requirements.
- Manage internship programs and keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation / regulations and enforcing them within Parkville.
- Update / maintain accurate recruitment database regularly in addition to provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Hiring / HR manager and rest of the team whenever needed.
- Onboard new employees in order to help them become fully integrated into Parkville culture and the workplace environment.
- Act as a point of contact / communication and build influential candidate relationships during the selection / recruitment process in order to promote Parkville’s reputation as “An Employer of Choice and A Best Place to Work”.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university. (Preferred holding an Academic HR Background).
Experience
- 0-3 Proven work experience as a Recruiter (Either an In-House Recruiter or a Staffing Agency Recruiter).
