Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community

Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.

Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications job requirements

Job Requirement

Experience from 3 to 5 years in developing industry-standard Business Requirements and Technical Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Sciences, or equivalent degree.
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
Ability to take strategic guidance on product direction and convert it into actionable designs and product development
