Job Description

Energetic, experienced and hands-on National Sales Manager (NSM) who will be at the heart of unlocking our growth plans. The NSM will manage all sales functions in Egypt, attain aggressive top and bottom line annual objectives via Strategic Growth Planning, and set the performance standard for the team.

  • Cross Functional Leadership
  • Represent territory in cross functional projects including:
  • Lead annual strategic growth planning process and all aspects of P&L management Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Account specific marketing
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage distribution channels Develop annual distributor plans and accountability structure Ability to staff and lead a direct sales team
  • Strategic Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for select accounts within the Geography Identify and prospect new channels and customers

Job Requirements

  • 10+ Years of experience within the FMCG Industry
  • Must be able to quickly construct, build and lead distribution team and a fleet of 20 vans
  • Must have experience in distributor operations management and financial cycle
  • Must have extensive experience with national strategic accounts within defined channels
  • Knowledge and experience in working with both a distributer driven and direct sales model
