Job Description
English Flavors is expanding and we're looking for awesome English tutors who have a true passion for teaching the language, to support our students in their education journey struggle by providing private sessions.
Duties will range from the preparation of coursework, planning of classes to marking of assignments and work handed in by students.
Moreover, teachers are expected to prepare some extracurricular activities such as presentations to help students develop.
Job Description:
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students.
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs.
- Use relevant technology to support instruction.
- Observe and evaluate students' performance and development.
- Stay Up-to-Date with developments in the subject area, teaching resources and methods, and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.
- Plan, write, and produce supplementary materials, including audio and visual resources.
- Attend and contribute to teachers' development training sessions.
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
Job Requirements
- Fluent or Native in American English is a MUST.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Preferably experienced in the field of teaching.
- University degree - Preferably in; English language, Education, Literature, Alsun, etc.
- Ensuring that all students succeed academically and develop holistically.
- Follow-up students' progress.
- Must-Have Good Internet connection (for Online Sessions).
