Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily warehousing operations activities of receiving, putaway, picking and loading
- Supervise and ensure the most efficient inbound and outbound Operations with respect to the company Safety and Quality Standards
- Ensure all the warehousing policies and procedures are being followed, all the food safety practices are being implemented
- Plan the Operations Schedule, assign the required tasks to the shift team, in order to maintain the most efficient performance across the operations
- Report the Shift KPIs to the Operations Manager on Daily Basis, provide Root Causes Analysis in case performance gaps vs. targets
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Min 5 Years experience with proven record in a scalable Warehousing Operations in Food and Beverage Business
- Familiar with the Warehousing Management Systems
- Has a very good communication and leadership skills
- Has a very good knowledge in the warehousing management best practices, including Food Safety and Quality Standards
- Flexible to Work within Shift Patterns
