Job Description
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Evaluate market and competitors.
- Ensure high level of clients’ satisfaction.

- Recommend appropriate products and services to customers
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on
- technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Lead multiple prospective customers to close sales orders at the same time

- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products,

- Attend networking events and trade shows as business demands
- Prepare sales contracts and order forms
- Negotiate details of contracts and payments
- Consult with engineers regarding technical problems with products
- Travel to customer locations to conduct business as business demands
Job Requirements
- BSc Mechanical Production Engineer or BSC Applied Arts [Metal furniture department]
- Minimum five years’ experience in sheet metal works
- Able to craft preliminary solutions to customers with a reasonably competent degree of engineering accuracy Flexibility to move out of office.
- Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, as well as being able to modify one's own behavior to match the appropriateness of the environment
- Living near Cairo
- Fluent English speaking and writing Presentable appearance
- Own a car is a must
- Self-motivated
- Not more than 35years old
