Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Track client interactions and provide regular updates on account status and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients to demonstrate product value and success metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the B2B industry.
  • Experience in start-ups is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
