Job Description
- Handling all foreign purchasing Processes.
- Arrange foreign purchasing cycle with foreign suppliers to cover all purchase requisitions.
- Arrange shipping & insurance with forwarders and insurance companies.
- Prepare and update the tracking file and share it with requesting departments.
- Prepare with suppliers and clearance agents for smooth clearance.
- Follow up the customs clearance process.
- Consider customs requirements for all shipments.
