Job Description

  • Develop unique digital strategies that can be applied across multiple business channels and assemble annual E-marketing plans for Projects. 
  • Create and manage digital sales tools and digital lead generation for projects Plan
  • Execute all Online Marketing Campaigns besides managing the annual digital budgets. 
  • Management of all online social assets and activities Management of the company’s databases and communication process with existing and potential customers
  • Overall responsibility for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) content and identification of new opportunities for engagement and one to one interaction. 
  • Follow-up and coordinate the social Media community tasks. (Responding on time, posting the right and approved content). 
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for the platform used and intended audience.
  • Create Ads.
  • Handle marketing campaigns; posting, hiding, engaging on all social media platforms
  • Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
  • submit periodic reports to management with recommendations and insights based on analysis
  • Handle media buying campaigns from A to Z on different platforms starting from planning, targeting, set KPIs & spending till generating reports.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Plan & execute digital media buying strategy that aims at producing a positive ROI for business.
  • Handling everything from competitor research, audience selection, to lead generation to customer value optimization as well as conversion rate optimization. 
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and SEO on assets used for paid media campaigns.
  • Create shareable personalized content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our (brand and content). 
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success. 
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience. 
  • Track, measure, analyze & optimize all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Real estate experience is preferable.
  • Presentable
