Job Description
- Present inventory of properties that are competitive with variety of client to be compatible with buyer financing
- Working as a consultant for the buyer by advice client on market condition and market investment opportunities.
- Attend meeting with clients on points of sale
- Answer client questions according to business need.
- Acquire new leads through different methods & ways in order to expand the network circle
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria
- Working closely with Admin to put date inventory on websites
- Report your weekly & daily duties by Mail it to the Sales Team leader with the statues of all clients
- Achieve The Monthly Number of Transactions
- Achieve the main duties & Activities in numbers regarding the ( listings – Meetings- calls )
- Conduct numbers meetings per month
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Achieve 80% of company target
