Job Description
- Responding to client support queries.
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
- Talking to clients through basic problem-solving processes.
- Providing basic computer training.
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
- Writing training manuals.
- Following up with clients.
- Completing support tickets.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science
- Age : 22- 26
- Address around 6 October Area
- Good Windows OS knowledge & MS office .
- Linux OS knowledge is an extra
- Familiar with open source applications , software licensing .
- Virtualization experience (desired: proxmox, VMware)
- The ability to clearly communicate technical issues to management
- Can clearly read manuals and understand details instructions.
- Good knowledge of network cabling and network hardware installation
- Application installation, support, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in installing desktops, portable computers, peripherals, and software products for LAN, WAN and standalone environments.
- Ability to detect, diagnose, and resolve desktop and portable computer software and hardware failures.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift up to 23 Kg.
