Job Description

  • Analyze market trends and customer business requirements.
  • Identify specific customer needs by category/product segment and brief creative teams in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Introduce company products and exchange data and information with clients
  • Looking for new clients and make an appointment for business development
  • Define and implement account strategies with innovative ideas.
  • Identifying new and exploring for extended applications of fragrance and derivatives like I polymers, personal care, fabric care, etc.
  • Cultivate client relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Etosha Global as a preferred supplier.
  • Deliver budgeted sales as per the agreed annual sales plan.
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through high-quality submissions meeting client action standards.
  • Responsible for gathering industry information/ intelligence.
  • Responsible to report (MIS) on their account periodically.
  • The ability to set and adhere to cost budgets are required. Must be proactive in debtor management by ensuring timely payment of invoices by customers to achieve agreed credit days targets.

 

Job Requirements

Should be experienced in techno-commercial sales, business development, marketing, and product applications of chemicals (like fragrances, actives, additives, diluents, surfactants, and catalysts) across diverse industries and applications like fabric care, household & personal care, FMCG.
