Job Description
- Greet the customer with warmth, courtesy & personalized greeting
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Offering the best fit to the customer through the cross sell/up sell when applied according to the customer's type
- Provide in-depth service knowledge including benefits, and overall value
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Fulfill the customer need with speed & simplicity (Can do attitude)
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, positive and professional manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving the counter
- Accurately handle cash, and inventory
- Maintain a clean and tidy work space
- Report anything unusual, or any major incidents, to management
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handling opening & end of day operation
