Job Description
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a range of roles (junior, senior)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- report on monthly basis hiring analytics
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Wuzzuf and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Fluent English Speaker
- Team spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
- The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
- Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
- Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
