Job Description

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a range of roles (junior, senior)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • report on monthly basis hiring analytics
  • Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Wuzzuf and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Fluent English Speaker 
  • Team spirit
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
  • The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
  • Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
  • Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
