Job Description
- Maintaining active communication with key account managers to ensure a clear understanding of the applied frameworks, content, and strategies in the context of each project
- Monitoring closely and simultaneously the progress of multiple projects with analytical and critical insights for evaluation and adjustment whenever needed
- Preparing in-depth, scope-driven documents to include functional designs, features, minimum viable products, accurate estimations of timeframes, deliverables, etc.
- Effectively organizing tasks and following up with concerned stakeholders to ensure the prompt delivery of projects
- Coordinating between concerned stakeholders and team members to ensure the advancement of progress while meeting quality standards
- Generating a true impact on the overall performance of the team to encourage development and achieve results with quality standards
- Setting priorities and assigning tasks
- Reviewing and evaluating the outcomes and quality of completed projects
- Assisting in the identification of the project scope, allocated resources, and task objectives
- Experience in project management
- Capacity to employ project management tools

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience at least
- Fluency in the English language is a must
- Professional flexibility is necessary to meet dynamic business needs
- Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix environment
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and policies governing information provision
- Sound negotiation and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with external experts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
