WEmng is hiring is IT Manager for a multinational company located in maadi Preferred Industries; software/hardware, telecom ,networking and security
Responsibilities:
- Develops work plans, goals and sets team objectives
- Hires and develops talents, and manages team performance
- Designs and manages the Network Infrastructure and Security operations.
- Identifies and transforms business needs to technical requirements and systems.
- Overlooks the design, implementation, and support of the company's enterprise applications and systems.
- Develops the appropriate monitoring and maintenance systems for mission critical services ensuring high availability and performance.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
- 8-10 years’ experience and 4 years’ management experience
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Experience with enterprise system installation, configuration, and analysis.
- Previous experience in datacenter management and operations of network and server infrastructure.
- Expertise in data protection operations and legislation.
- Hands-on experience in risk management, developing recovery, and backup processes.
Bonus Points:
- PMP and/or MBA Certification is a plus.
- Experience in advance analytics & big data.
- Experience in programming skills
- Previous experience or understanding of data models and visualization.
- Experience in Cloud.
- Knowledge and/or experience with using or building CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
