- Quality Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in the food industry included min. 3 years in the sweet industry.
- Relevant experience in Quality control with a strong background in quality assurance, and hygiene.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Having strong experience in creating a full Quality system from scratch.
- Experience training and developing a team in a manufacturing environment.
