Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the sales within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers, establish contact, and build long-term relationships
with key decision-makers in target industries. - Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using the
products, effectively demonstrating their benefits and value proposition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, supply chain
and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction. - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and
customer needs, using the insights to refine sales approaches and strategies. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product
demonstrations to potential clients. - Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction. - Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing revenue
goals. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the senior
management team. - Stay abreast of new product developments and industry innovations to continuously
enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A
master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience of at least 7 years, preferably in the water treatment/water pumps industry
or related sectors. - Strong knowledge of pumps and pump systems/water treatment products and their applications, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding
sales targets. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to establish and
maintain rapport with clients. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team
towards success. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver
compelling presentations and proposals. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business
growth. - Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a
team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand
complex customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
