Job Description
- Improve teaching techniques.
- Establish guidelines according to school's mission and vision.
- General planning: conceptualizes the broad goals of the school and plans accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.
- Set down both of School Handbook and Teacher’s Handbook to implement school protocols and expectations.
- General coordination: ensure that the school program is compatible with the legal, financial and organizational structure of the school system.
- Implement the school vision and objectives.
- Establish a school budget for school activities and events.
- Coordinate the implementation of performance reviews with the stages directors
- Supervision training programs.
- Discuss and implement educational progress recommendations and discuss school-related issues.
- Coordinating between all stages to achieve school objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into effective actions.
- Maintain Education quality.
- Support staff when school's policies aren't achieved correctly and evaluate reasons of this.
- Administer discipline.
- Support employee selection process.
- Support job structure set process.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of teaching and holds teachers accountable
- Set up and running a Guidance counselor program.
- Promotes use of technology to enhance student learning
- Creates, develops and sustains relationships that result in active student engagement in the learning process
- Utilizes meaningful feedback of students, staff, families, and community in the evaluation of school programs and policies
- Demonstrates personal and professional standards and conduct that enhance the image of the school and the education profession
- Supervising parents interview and children for acceptance for school
- Handles existing program changes such as new products and services
- Develops, implements and monitors outcomes of school improvement plan and student
- Works with and engages staff in shared vision for effective teaching and learning by implementing a standards based curriculum, relevant to student needs and interests,
- research-based effective practice, academic rigor, and high expectations for student learning
- Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team.
- Report to Board of Directors.
