Job Description

  • Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision
  • Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea or event
  • Help create and promote the overall brand identity of company
  • Be a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials
  • Present projects to clients and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs
  • Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
  • Collect and analyze market research data and apply it to current projects
  • Run campaigns across multiple social media platforms
  • Design and oversee ad layouts
  • Write copy and content for marketing material
  • Attend marketing conferences and seminars as required
  • Negotiate advertising contracts
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
  • Develop creative ideas by cooperating with other teams
  • Develop and Update Corporate Identity, company printings and collateral.
  • Determine what's best to represent a concept visually.
  • Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
  • Work on social media calendar designs by coordinating with the social media team.
  • Retouch and handle photo processing for advertising photos.
  • Create elegant presentations templates to present our work in a creative way.
  • Research on the latest market trend.
  • Create short videos and motion gifs.
  • Create different kinds of printable as flyers, brochures, catalogs...etc. and cooperating with printing services providers to ensure that quality meets our standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management
  • Experience in website management and content development; experience in copy writing
  • Digital marketing/advertising expertise
  • Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods
  • Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
  • Handling graphic design
