Job Description
- Planning is the process of documenting the actions necessary to define, prepare, integrate, and coordinate all subsidiary plans.
- The project management plan becomes the primary source of information for how the project will be planned, executed, monitored and controlled, and closed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent user of planning software (Primavera, MS Project .etc...).
- Experience vividly demonstrates the capability of project planning, cost estimation, quality assurance, and schedule adherence.
- (7-10) years of related work experience involving typical construction projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
- Must have a clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings, and specifications. Proficient in using MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, word. etc..
- Good team worker but able to exercise own judgment and ability to work independently and make decisions Effective communicator, Excellent prioritization and planning skills.
- Other: a thorough knowledge of cost engineering and economic principles, calculation methods to estimate project cost. Critical thinking, technical writing, good judgment, time management, and problem-solving are also required.
