Job Description

  • Receiving the phones of customers and employees 
  •  Greeting clients and directing them to whom they need
  • Updating and coordinating the list of employees, telephones, internal numbers and e-mails
  • Reservation of meeting rooms
  • Transferring the international line to employees, recording it in a sheet, printing it and delivering it to the Administration Manager at the end of each month
  • Enter the personal cards data for the employees and send them to the procurement and follow up until the cards are delivered to the employees
  • Making authorizations for employees within the company or sending them by e-mail if they are outside the company
  •  Inquiries of the landline phone bills and deliver them to the treasury 
  •  Receiving job applicants, delivering the application, and directing them to the person responsible for the interview
  • Receiving incoming mail from express shipping companies, recording it in the incoming book
  • Following up Middle East bills and comparing them with pictures of bills of lading, then following up on the disbursement of the amount between the accounts and the treasury

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
