Job Description
We are looking for a Stock Controller to manage our inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company’s needs.
- Stock Controller responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.
- Audit warehouse receipts with purchase orders and suppliers statement.
- Work the stores' addition, issuing and adjustment operations.
- Work on all inventory Kind
- Do monthly reports for stock of the company for received and delivered equipment & Write off all bad Goods from all Warehouses.
- Follow-up all inventory transactions linked with inventory Expenses Account and validate.
- Responsible for inventory audit.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory counts, analyze results, book-to-physical reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve issues .
- Do the periodic and random physical count for inventory and pricing it .
Job Requirements
- High ability to handle stress & work pressure
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Accounting or Business Management)
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Presentation Skills.
- Active participation in inventory audits
- Experience 3-5 years’ in stock control
- Time Management skills
- 2 years of experience in stock-keeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping.
- Computer skills, (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
