Job Description
- Required immediately for Interior Design Company - one of El Attal Holding Group - located in Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt
- Project Manager with the following
- Responsibilities:
- Daily site monitoring.
- Responsible for management of all fine finishing projects.
- Invoices and site surveying revision.
- Negotiating and finalizing deals with contractors and suppliers.
- Management his team of Site Engineers and Supervisors.
- Finalizing contracts with sub contractors.
- Handling clients on site.
- Solving issues on site and with sub contractors.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s projects.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- Experience 5-6 years.
- Software skills: (AutoCad – primavera – MS office) is a must.
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Good in time management.
- Very Good command of English Language.
