Job Description
- Receipt of all correspondence received by the company, distribute them to proper department, and prepare the reply if necessary.
- Create files to organize the work and indexes,
- Coordinate with company departments
- Coordinate with our Manufacturers and suppliers
- Communicate with logistic agents to provide the best way to ship our equipment from our manufacturers
- Follow up our shipment from manufacturers until it arrives Egypt.
- Receive phone calls, provide necessary information
- Organize time and business plan
